M. Erik Clark
Partner and President

M. Erik Clark is a founding Partner of Borowitz, Lozano & Clark, L.L.P., a leading consumer bankruptcy law firm with offices located throughout Southern California. Mr. Clark also currently serves as President of the National Consumer Bankruptcy Litigation Center (NCBLC) and is board certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bars of California, New York and Connecticut as well as a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Bankruptcy Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a Charter Member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA), among others. Mr. Clark has served as President of the American Consumer Bankruptcy College and has been a panelist at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, and at the annual conventions of the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees and NACBA. During his career, Mr. Clark has represented thousands of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Clark received his J.D. in 1994 from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
