In 1993, Mr. Lozano received his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now Quinnipiac University), where he was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and received the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award, the University of Bridgeport Service Award, and the Student Bar Association Outstanding Achievement Award.
He is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, where he resides with his wife of fourteen years and two sons, ages 6 and 3.
