David Lozano

David Lozano is a senior partner with the law firm of Borowitz, Lozano & Clark, LLP.
Mr. Lozano has represented thousand of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the National Association of Consumer Attorneys (NACA), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and a founding member of the American Consumer Bankruptcy College (ACBC).
In 1993, Mr. Lozano received his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now Quinnipiac University), where he was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and received the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award, the University of Bridgeport Service Award, and the Student Bar Association Outstanding Achievement Award.
He is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, where he resides with his wife of fourteen years and two sons, ages 6 and 3.
